Australian Winders Pty Ltd is a field service ‘only’ company, providing winding expertise to customers worldwide. Based in Perth, Western Australia and established in 2008, our young company is steadily growing its base of professionals to support our potential customers requirement.
The company is based around its team members, dedicated professionals, who have a vast amount of, not only electric motor/ generator experience, but also international or cross cultural experience.
Be it a scheduled shutdown or a costly breakdown, Australian Winders staff are ready and willing to travel where needed to assist in your repair process. With a 24/7 response service and a crew of 16 staff, we can be ready at very short notice for travel.
Services
Either individually or as a team, Australian Winders staff has the experience to get the job done right, the first time. Our list of experience includes:
- Power generation (Hydro / Turbine) stators and rotors
- HV electric motors up to 13.8kV
- DC motor overhauls and rewinds
- Large machine installations (ball mill & sag mill)
Note: all aspects associated with the above list including: static testing, rewinding, rewedging, restacks, major repairs, partial rewinds, overhaul/refurbishment, bearing changes, etc......
Expertise
Australian Winders team members have a combined 345 years experience in electric motor / generator repair. Our more experienced members, those with 30+ years, have extensive project management and supervision experience, combine this with our association with NEC, this gives Australian Winders the correct resources to undertake the complete project, thereby giving our potential customer a cost effective solution to their needs.
